Consultations are for one hour, for a fee of $75, which will be applied to your order should you decide to hire us for your event.
If I am available for your date, you will receive a questionnaire to complete and return before our meeting. This will help me get a head start on preparing some ideas for you, making the most efficient use of our time together. I am happy to meet with you at my studio, at your venue, or anywhere else that is convenient.
Following our meeting, we will send you an itemized proposal, including price ranges and complete policies. To reserve your date, a deposit of 50% of the approximate total is required.
Tips for making the most of your consultation time:
- Bring color samples and/or fabric swatches if you have them.
- Think of some descriptive words that capture the “mood” you would like for your event.
- Be prepared to talk openly about your budget.
- Don’t worry if you don’t know exactly what you want; we’re just getting started!
- Bring a floor plan of your venue, if available.
- Write down any questions you have so you don’t forget them.
